We organize the work of teams, deliveries, make purchases and settlements, as well as arrange post-renovation cleaning and furniture assembly. The premises is clean and ready to move in or rent.
The customer does not participate in the finishing process, which means that he does not have to deal with purchases, deliveries, supervising teams, payments, all this is on our side.
The entire renovation is planned before it starts, therefore its duration is optimized and we avoid unnecessary delays.
During finishing works, our clients have access to our verified and reliable finishing teams, carpenters, glaziers, companies dealing with floors, doors and air conditioning installation.
The investment budget is established and closed even before the renovation works start.
For each investment, we create a dedicated bank account that the customer can check at every stage of construction.
All invoices and bills for services and purchases are handed over to the customer upon completion of the Investment.
Together with our teams, we provide services of highest level. We verify the progress of works and their quality, and any possible problems that arise during the renovation are solved on an ongoing basis.
